I loved this journey, thank you so much for sharing. My shadow grabbed my face and just held it while staring at me, forcing me to be seen while so much grief arose. My light on the other hand had me sit in her lap where I then melted/merged into her, and really felt that embodied essence throughout my whole body, into all the cells. So then when the light self merged with the shadow, it was already me becoming one with all of me and really feeling that, I could feel my radiance suddenly wearing that cloak and feeling robust in that wholeness.
