Not always matching up with the mindset
I feel like the correct answer should be A. Identify stakeholder as a risk, meeting with project sponsor seems like too much of an escalation. I'm struggling to find the reasoning here.

I believe the stakeholder's impact on the team is severe since he or she has created constant impediments, such as reaching out to the team for frequent updates and pushing the team to implement the changes on a regular basis, which is beyond the PM's control. As a result, A is not the correct answer. If the stakeholder impact on the team isn't too severe, we might proceed with Answer A. Hope this helps!
PMP application
I completed the 35-hour Udemy course and am currently drafting my application. I have a question regarding the role. Is it appropriate to highlight the role of Scrum Master or the combined job of Project Lead/Scrum Master? (Methodology/Approach selected as Agile). Thanks in advanced!
