Hi my name is Briana and I was born and raised in southern California, currently living in Central Oregon. I'm not much of a book reader unless I have the pressure of a book club to get me through an entire book. The last self help book that I started reading and enjoyed but haven't finished yet is called How To ADHD by Jessica McCabe. I've also found this spiritual group called Awakening Beyond Clarity seven years ago started by Ashley Davis a healer/reader/medium from Lebanon, Oregon. It's been an integral tool in my healing journey from victim mentality to survivor. Lastly I enjoy watching this podcast on YouTube by Ashley Gavin called We Are Having Gay Sex. You don't have to be queer to enjoy it, all allies are welcome to enjoy the podcast!
