Their answer tells us how to show up: - Listen: Reflect what you heard and let them know they are seen. - Encourage: Remind them what is strong, true, or possible. - Help: Ask questions and offer options without taking over. We do not carry people up the ladder. We make sure they do not have to find it alone.
