Severe Acid Reflux
I am on my second week of 2.5mg of TIRZ. Had a little heartburn last week, but this week has been on another level. Acid reflux and general indigestion. I have a strong history of acid reflux but normally am able to manage it with daily 20mg Omeprozole. Unfortunately, for the last couple days, I've been taking Tums non-stop and a few doses of Pepto. To be fair, I did drink a glass of red wine and eat pasta with red sauce. I learned my lesson so now really being careful with acidic foods. Any similar issues or advice?

My acid reflux is now gone 100% and all I did was be consistent with BPC and KPV. Done!!

Within 2-3 weeks I was able to be done with acid reflux. I also was consistent with BPC daily as well.

Anyone have protocol for 5-Amino ?

5Amino has a few protocols but to get the full effects from it you need to be 50mg dose. But recently I’ve seen you could take 20-30mg EOD and achieve good results. Here are pill form protocols: Health & Fat Loss Optimization Protocol (Entry Level) - Dosage: 50 mg (1 capsule) per day - Days per Week: 7 days per week for steady results - Timing: Take in the morning with food (preferably breakfast) to support energy and minimize nausea - Cycle Length: 2–4 weeks to assess tolerance and observe effects - Monitoring: Watch for mild side effects such as nausea or headaches. If they occur, reduce to every other day. Accelerated Fat Loss Protocol (Intermediate) - Dosage: 100 mg (2 capsules) per day if well tolerated - Days per Week: 7 days per week for consistent fat loss support - Timing: Take both capsules with breakfast, or split doses (1 with breakfast, 1 with lunch) - Cycle Length: 6–8 weeks, then follow with an off-cycle - Monitoring: Stay hydrated, track weight/fat loss weekly, and adjust if persistent side effects occur. Performance & Longevity Protocol (Advanced Users) - Dosage: Up to 150 mg (3 capsules) per day based on individual response and goals - Days per Week: 7 days per week - Timing: 1 capsule with breakfast, 1 with lunch, 1 mid-afternoon if tolerated well - Cycle Length: 8–12 weeks maximum - Off-Cycle: Take a 4-week break after any 8–12 week cycle to prevent tolerance buildup and maintain effectiveness.

What is the amount of AOD to take! I can’t find where you increase it.

200-300mcg but it may gel up and if it does just add 5 units of AA water.

Interested to know results of Slu-pp 332 on research subjects..preferably in capsule form. Im having troubke even finding a supplier.
