I've found it useful to get on a Google Meet (Zoom) call with potential buyer clients. I have a little presentation I run through them with some get to know me, the value proposition of using me as their agent, and the process of buying a home. I will even do a high level look at the paperwork involved. I think that helps make them feel a little overwhelmed and get them to see my value as their agent. I have had good results, getting agency agreement signed. Unless they are completely technology adverse, if they aren't willing to get on a 10-15 minute online meeting they probably aren't that motivated. I usually just refer buyers to the agent who works with me, unless its a nice price point or I like the buyer's personality😊
