I spent time working on my model, from this week's class. I unfortunately lost phone service an hour and a half into the call, so I had to listen to the remainder later. I would cherish feedback from everyone in the Inner Circle. 🙏 The model is attached, and here is the description: 40 to 65+ CO's, high-level leaders, and Entrepreneurs who have achieved great success, but have now realized that their methods of achieving the success they wanted aren't working for achieving the fulfillment they though it would bring them. They know they need more, or that something is missing. To create "A Life of Genuine Fulfillment" we know we are starting out with "Something's Not Right," "I'm Unsure Who I Need to Be," and "I don't know what to do" and we move into "I Know What I Want," "I have Confidence in my SELF-Identity," & "I am Clear on my new Direction." We get there by working through these "missions": Discover what you actually WANT 1. Uncover What Matters (What things are actually important to me? What things do I actually find meaningful? What kinds of things am I drawn to?) 2. Wanting vs. Achieving (I always thought Achievement was what I wanted. Do I truly believe that Achievement will give me ______? Does "Achievement" feel like the right word anymore?) 3. Define the new Life you actually WANT (Knowing now what truly matters to you, what do you want in your life? How do you want to spend your time? Who do you want to spend your time with? What are you no longer willing to sacrifice?) Discover who you are beyond Achievement 4. Who is the "Achiever Self?" (Who was the person who needed this achievement? Who did I learn to be for this? What made me feel valuable? What happens when I'm not accomplishing? What am I afraid would happen if I slow down?) 5. Separate Identity from Achievement (Who are you when you're not producing, performing, winning, achieving? What do you find curiosity in when you're not producing, performing, winning, or achieving? What does this person find enjoyable, or fulfilling? Who is it who's experiencing these feelings, thoughts, emotions?
