I like to practice as wirelessly as I can, which means I rely on charge time vs usage time (duty cycle). I am as strong as my weakest link, so having rechargeable devices that play long, and recharge fast is most desirable. The pictured Retekess wireless transmitter/receiver is probably my current weak link, I don't think I can get a full 3 hours playtime out of this item, and it takes 2-3 hours to charge. On the other hand, my Sony wireless headphone plays about 24 hours for a 7-8 hour charge. I have 2 sets of headphones, so it's hard to get caught without one working. I saw the omni guitars set advertised as having 6 hours of service cycle, does anyone know how long the charge time is, and if the advertised playback cycle is accurate?

I will be 100% honest. I do not know if I am considered a Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, or expert guitarist. I am not a expert. Based on my tracks and songs.... I do not know chords or sweep picking. I do not know how to play clean chords. As soon as someone tells me to play a chord, my mond goes "Run for it". I know how to go up and down the neck, some chords that I don't know the name of, some tapping, and some scales. When I look for lessons or lesson apps, it's like im expected to know the chords by then. I just dont know.

What is the groups overall thoughts on using pedals? I just purchased a tone pedal, so that I don't have to use multiple guitars when I have to drop down like for Kick Start My Heart, Some people have said it's better just to retune and other have said the pedal is the way to go.

What is it like being a musician? It's an incredibly frustrating, constant struggle with insecurity and fear of inadequacy. It's being under appreciated and under paid. It's the hours of study and practice honing your skills to become the artist you know you will never be and knowing people have no understanding of what it takes to make it appear "natural". It's people talking about their friend or cousin who is an amazing musician and never had a single lesson...who doesn't even practice! It's knowing people feel entitled to what you do...not understanding that they are receiving a gift. It's sore sore fingers. It's the fight to book gigs and the frustration of last-minute cancelations. It's loading up and loading out and everything you don't see. But it's also that one moment when everything clicks...when you are lost in the music and everyone is sharing that vibe. It's the ultimate escape from everything that is wrong in the world
