🚀 I built an Obsidian plugin that runs your day — looking for 5 beta testers (free Pro access)
Hey everyone, I've been building something for the past few months that I wish had existed years ago, and it's finally ready to be tested by real people. It's called Bastion — an AI-powered command center inside Obsidian. The short version: instead of staring at your vault wondering what to work on, Bastion asks you a few questions each morning and builds your day around your actual energy, schedule, and priorities. Then it tracks your time blocks throughout the day so it learns what's realistic for you and what isn't. Here's what Bastion does right now: → AI morning planning ritual — asks you the right questions, picks your ONE Thing, builds a time-blocked schedule around your energy and real calendar commitments, then writes the full daily note for you. One conversation, day set. → A command center inside Obsidian — live dashboard with your tasks, calendar, habits, focus streaks, and today's time blocks at a glance. A real-time "now line" so you always know exactly where you are in your day. → An AI that actually knows your vault — not a generic chatbot. It reads your notes, your scripts, your history, and your system. Ask it anything, and it can create, move, rename, or delete notes directly. It executes, not just responds. → Scripts that run your whole workflow — /dayflow to plan, /triage to process your inbox, /sync for meeting notes, /pulse for weekly reviews, /cadence for monthlies. Scripts you write once and they just work. → Time-block learning that gets smarter — it logs how long tasks actually take versus how long you thought they'd take. Over time, it stops lying to you. Your schedule gets realistic. → Wrap-up that actually closes the loop — /wrap debriefs your day, logs wins, surfaces blockers, captures what didn't get done, and carries it forward. Nothing falls through the cracks. → Syncs with the tools you already use — Google Calendar, Todoist, Asana, Trello, TickTick, and more. Your vault becomes the control layer on top of all of it. I'm looking for exactly 5 beta testers.

@Jake Mousias Hi Jake, welcome to the exiting community group. Just curious what made you to join by the way?
Hello, I am new here!
The "drowning in complicated tech noise while trying to figure out how to actually automate real systems" trap that kept my business operations stuck on pause (and the Useful AI community question that finally unlocked clear implementation) Back when I first started trying to figure out how to implement artificial intelligence into real business workflows, I made the classic mistake of chasing every shiny piece of software and theoretical guide without knowing how to connect them into an actual working system—wasting weeks spinning my wheels while my business goals went nowhere, but plugging into the Useful AI • AI For Business community completely changed everything by giving us a direct space to ask high-level questions, learn from 25,000+ active builders, and master practical business automations. Let’s hear from the Useful AI community: Since I'm new here and diving straight into automating my operations, I have a quick question: what is the single most effective automated workflow or system you’ve built using AI that immediately saved you time or generated revenue in your business? Drop your insights below and let's connect! 🤖📈 (By the way, if you’re currently mapping out your system architecture and want a quick look at the exact floment frameworks we’re using to automate and scale fast, just drop me a message and I'll gladly share them with you.)
