Hi everyone. I started this community with the best of intentions. However, given that Skool is a $99/mo. subscription cost, I cannot continue using the platform. Therefore, the community will be inaccessible on 1/18. In the future, I may consider resubscribing, but at this point, it's financially impractical.

Hi community members. The intent behind starting this community is to provide a place where everyone can gather, at their convenience, to describe the challenges and issues they're facing as managers, and to help others who may be facing a challenge that you've already encountered. Also, I don't want to guess at what everyone in my community will find useful and valuable, so I am asking you here. What would you like to see offered through the community? What would help you and how would you find value? At the time of this writing, I am planning to create weekly online discussions for everyone to meet and chat to build community and expand networks. I'm also in the process of recording some videos explaining the management tools in the book and will be posting them in the "Classroom" section linked at the top of the page.
