One of the biggest upgrades I made this year was letting an agent run my discovery before I ever get on the call. The flow now is that a person hits my site and answers 8 multiple choice questions (short) and then an agent reads their answers and replies based on what they picked. Not a generic thank you. An actual response to their situation. If they book, it follows up before the call with a few open ended questions built off their eight answers. So by the time we're on Zoom I'm not saying "tell me about your business." I already know what kinda shit they've been through, what they've tried, and what they want it to look like. I open with "here's what I'd do." The call is shorter, they're more locked in, and closing is easier because the whole thing felt handled from the first click. The surprising part is how little of it was complex in the end. Happy to walk through how the pieces connect if anyone's building something like it.
