The idea is that you cannot help others if you are out of it. I spent last Thursday in the ER. I had started my new BP meds on Tuesday morning, then this happened: Fainted. Blood pressure 77/52. Erratic heart rate. Chest pain. Feet gone blue, veins hiding. 9+/10 pain. Possible concussion. Probable dehydration. Possible OD. EKG. X-rays. 7 vials of blood. Folks, take care of your health. I'm gonna say this twice: Drink plenty of water. Again, Drink. Plenty. Of. Water. Not a glass and call it good. go for 60, 70, 100 ounces. Start it now. All this VIBE stuff and the parties and the partners and the Ferraris and the travel won't mean squat if you are too ill to enjoy it. I am telling you guys: Get off the couch, get your ass moving. Biking, skating, dancing, walking. Whatever. Do it now. Drink your water and lots of it. We (maybe) get one shot at this life. Life like you are dying and strike like Thunderball!
