DAY 6 - Are You In Integrity?
Where are you out of alignment with who you say you are? What action are you taking today to come back into integrity?

I’m out of alignment when I hide parts of myself to avoid rejection or ridicule. I’m letting fear control me, suppressing who I really am just to fit in, to be accepted, to avoid feeling the sting of judgment. But deep down, I know I’m betraying myself. I’m not living fully, just existing in a version of me that’s safe, but not real. To realign, I need to face my fear head-on. I need to start speaking my truth, no matter how uncomfortable it feels. I need to stop holding back for the sake of others' comfort. It’s time to stop letting the fear of what others think dictate how I live. The truth is, I am worthy, not because of anyone’s approval, but because I exist. I’ll remind myself that my worth is not up for debate, no matter how much I’ve been conditioned to believe it is. I will be unapologetically me, even if it shakes the ground beneath me. I’ll find people who see me for who I truly am, and in that space, I will breathe, I will live, and I will finally stop holding back. It's time to show up fully, to reclaim my power, to stop shrinking, and to live in alignment with who I truly am.
Do you have a space in real life where you can confront yourself?
A space to slow down. To breathe. To meet the truth you’ve been carrying. Not just online. Not in theory. But in real life in your body in front of other men. Where do you go when the tension builds inside? Where do you bring the parts of you that are uncertain, angry, shut down, or ready to change? This challenge has sparked something. But the real question is… Do you have a physical space where you can keep this work alive? Where self-honesty meets embodiment. Where you're seen, heard, and called forward, not judged, not fixed, just witnessed. Soon, I’ll announce a powerful opportunity to join us in person and bring this home. Bonus Challenge: I’d love to hear from you: 👉 Do you have a place in your life where you get to confront yourself with support? 👉 If not, what would it mean to create or step into one?

For me it's the Gun Range, it allows me to breathe slower and focus on the count. It is one place I can feel completely grounded and at peace
DAY 5 - Activating My Potential
What % of your potential are you claiming for yourself? Where are you most out of alignment with your potential? What is it in the way of you doing something about it?
0 likes • Apr '25
I’m claiming 75% of my potential because I’m scared, scared of what failure will do to me, but even more terrified of what success might bring. It feels like I’m standing in my own way, stuck in this loop of fear and hesitation. I’m holding myself back, letting the uncertainty of both outcomes control me. It’s all me, just me in my own damn way.
