Hello my name is Brett and I’m from Pittsburgh. My sobriety date is 01/18/25 the day after my birthday. I came here as I wanted to start my own community to help others get through sobriety, depression, anxiety, bad thoughts, loneliness, and help to guide themselves through this mess through my group called The Sober Wilderness. I came across this group and read about it and thought it was great and it was a wonderful place to reach out and help others. I’m currently going through a divorce now and have gone through every emotion possible but there’s still that loneliness at night at times and what’s next!! I look forward to speaking with you all!!
