Anyone know how to get a real live person on chat or phone from Meta? I have a problem where they are not accepting any payment attempts. I have tried 5 different payment methods, and none of the options are being accepted. Amex tells me they are not even seeing the transaction at their end. Very frustrating. I did open a ticket, but it's just crickets from them. I used to be able to reach them on chat, but that option does not seem to be available any more.
