Hi Ian. Went back and listened to the Fast Start again. Seems I wasn't locked in first time around. But I do have questions: 1: Are Kettlebells fine for Overhead Press and do you recommend 1 arm or both arms at same time (such as in your new 'trying this out" video) 2: Kettlebell swings, 1 arm or 2? 3: is there a suggestion of reps? I've been going to gym for a couple of years, got reasonable results but I'm spending too much time in the gym, that needs to change. I'm an old bugger (60) but pretty fit cardio wise. Thanks

Awesome thanks heaps for that - I’ll start and find out! Pretty sure 1/3 of body weight is gonna be tough initially but that explains why KBs haven’t done much for me in the past, I’ve been aiming too low. Cheers
