Your podcast should be completely unique. Speaking to a smaller audience will inspire people to become true fans.. because there is no other platform out there for them! 2. His solo episodes get twice as many downloads as his interviews & why. Most people make really boring interviews. They don’t know their audience well enough so they bring on all kinds of guests with no real direction or intention. 3. How he got onto 50 podcasts as a guest within a very short period of time. By being very intentional with who he reached out to and by having a clear outreach strategy, Tracy was able to get onto tons of podcasts as a guest which boosted the audience of his show like crazy. @Justin Moore and @Celine Moore - Could you create a category for "Podcast Software" (editors, SAAS products like Riverside, Hiro.fm, etc, sound enhancer plugins, etc) and "Podcast Hardware" (computers, mics, mixers, booms, lighting, etc). Most people are interested in what othes are using and technology/trends change. I did watch your basic setup in your video "Equipment, Software, and AI List". For example, some people like to walk and create a podcast, the Rode "Wireless GO II" is new, AI driven, and from YouTube reviews seems fantastic. It would be nice to have an area someone could post their thoughts if they have it without getting lost in the General Discussion.

Hey Team, January came around and our DFY podcast company Podigy absolutely exploded. The new year brought many new people wanting to podcast. We've been so busy that we haven't yet had the bandwidth to update this group. But that's going to change as our team is growing and we have a plan/system for making this group even more epic by the end of 2024. So... Our goal is to make this group better than EVERY paid podcasting community... but for free. That being said, we have big plans for this community in 2024.
