I have two amazing kids (2 and 4 years old). The biggest tension I feel between work and fatherhood is shutting off my somewhat workaholic drive to spend time with my family without constantly thinking about work. I have found a degree of success here, but it's an ongoing challenge I need to be mindful of. Sometimes I wish I had the remote from the movie "Click" just so I could pause time, get caught up, sleep for like 12 hours, then hit play again. lol.
