Had a great chat with Danny today about leveling up my LinkedIn profile. One of the first things I've done is craft a new tagline, and I wanted to get a critique from the community. "Leadership systems for founders who refuse to treat people like numbers | Lighter leadership, clearer decisions, teams that step up | 20 years across startups, agencies & enterprise." This revision attempts to solve three problems 1. .Clarify what I do and for whom 2. Help people understand the outcomes they'll get 3. Support my expertise to deliver those outcomes I'm hoping the language connects with my audience.... shout-out to @Brent Lavin who I connected with today for this description of my customer profile: My ideal client profile seems to be a 32-year-old founder who has built a successful business over the past 5 years, but is now facing challenges as the company grows beyond his ability to manage everything personally. He has a family and wants to maintain a strong culture, but needs help getting his thinking and processes out of his own head and into a system his team can use. He's tech-savvy, reads the New York Times, and is looking to evolve his leadership approach to take the business to the next level. He values leading with heart and doesn't want to treat his people like numbers. I'd like to know what's working super well, what could be improved, and what's not working for people reading this for the first time. .
