It's called "Good Enough: The Science of Secure Attachment" with Kayla Meyer. I think it's so important to remember that relationships aren’t built on getting every interaction right. There are missed cues. Hard moments. Reconnection. Repair. Trying again. And a whole lot of being human together. I haven’t watched Kayla’s session yet, so I’m curious to hear how she approaches it — but that title alone earned it a spot on my list.
