@Nora Gianna Appreciate that Nora! Honestly my biggest one right now is getting people in + keeping them engaged once they join. I got the structure down - I just built COD 101 and Fortnite 101 courses, got my banners, squad finder channels, etc. But I'm early, so turning the first joins into actual active members who post clips and run games is the hard part. Definitely trying to figure out onboarding too — like what to make them do in the first 10 minutes so they don't just join and ghost. What worked best for you when you were starting yours?
