Things I've learned from taking pictures of myself
Recently I've been taking photos to improve my IG, I learned a couple of things so here they go: 1. Photos where you can't see your face are pretty much useless, unless you're seen in an exotic or weird place where the environment is definitely much more important, even then, the face has to be seen 2. No one gives a fucking shit about you. Michael was right, no one gives a shit about what you do, so all chill, you're free to try different things. I've spent about 8€ on IG Ads, over 3K views of my photos, only 4 new followers and a couple of likes here and there. If the amount of likes bothers you so much, don't even do it, your ego will hurt (here the first sensitive man). 3. Point 2 Part 2: photos have to indicate only one thing, access to scarce resources, no one cares about the photo in the downtown museum. A flight costs you 70€ to a place outside your country if you live in Europe, we have a problem if you can't make it (Me the first). Start somewhere, I agree, but eventually start taking things away. I see this a lot here in the forum especially, I have done it too, it seems a bit of a waste of time now. One thing is to take good pictures, another thing to be a photographer, let's not mix it up. Just compare yourself to MOA members, day and night difference 4. likes. Not all your followers will like you, approximately 20% will, look at large accounts and you will observe something similar. 5.You're a man, stop trying to look perfect and adjust 30 things on FaceApp. Women are judged by beauty and men by performance. The more you worry and try to improve your face, the more feminine you're perceived. When you begin using female strategies, you become unattractive to women.

Thank you for the post man. I agree on everything except one thing I'd like to add is about the "Women are judged by beauty and men by performance" comment. Male beauty is grouped into performance. I think the idea that our looks are less important is true, but at the same time if you're an extremely attractive guy you're going to dominate on social media and dating apps. There are plenty of guys who are famous for taking photos of their looks and they have tons of fan girls thirsting over them in their comments sections. It's just that most of us are not that good looking, so we have to use access to scarce resources to make up for that. I think saying that our looks aren't important or don't matter isn't accurate. It matters a lot, it's just that if you post male model type photos when you aren't a male model it's going to flop, but if you have the option to lose weight, dress better, or face app yourself to be the hottest version of yourself you 1000% should if your goal is to attract women that want to date you. Also most younger women (18 - 25) tend to find men taking care of themselves or showing feminine qualities to be more attractive and a green flag.

@Youssef El-Jaouhari If you use Faceapp properly, you won't even know it was done. Michael uses faceapp on himself as well as the women. He's explained on the live calls what setting he uses for men and what setting he uses for women. In MOA "I'm a whore to whatever works". Obvious you don't want to go overboard, but cleaning up some blemishes, whitening your teeth, and making yourself look better using Faceapp is something everybody is already doing, you just don't realize it (Social Media is fake and I'm okay with that). Trust me man, looks DO matter. Improve your looks to the best you can WHILE also doing the rest of the MOA stuff. I understand why you're saying looks don't matter. You can be ugly as sin, but if you're a famous rapper you'll attract women. But most of us will not be famous rappers and so as Michael says we need to max out every stat we possibly can instead of just 1 or 2 stats. That's all I'm saying. Don't underestimate the power of being a pretty boy. a 10/10 guy posed up against a plain white wall would pull 100x more girls than even the best MOA pic of an average guy. We have to acknowledge that.
