Here is what is possible when you bring us a deal. I'm going to start sharing more of our deals that come through our acquisition team members (you!). We are constantly working on dozens of deals in the system and a little vision into them could be beneficial. Do you want these posts❓ Someone connected us with an Echo deal in Houston. They didn't need to fund it, underwrite it, do the TC work, or bring the capital. We handled all of that for them. They made the introduction and walked away with $1,375. 💰 That is the whole acquisition model. You bring us the connection We do the uw'ing, TC work, legal, title and capital We both get paid And this is not a one time thing. We pay referrers on Stack and Echo deals all the time. Every one of them started with someone who knew a deal and sent it our way. 👉 If your connections keeps coming back, you keep getting paid.

Somebody connected us with a Colorado buyer who needed transactional funding to close their deal. We managed underwriting, contracts and comms ... then moved the cash. ⚡ The deal closed and funds came right back to us the same day. ✅ AND the person who made the intro? 💰 They got paid ~$2,000 Let that sink in. 👀 They took zero risk, and got paid. 🔥 That's the whole game: YOU find the deal, WE do the rest ... and WE ALL get paid. 💸 What are you committed to doing consistently for the next 20 days that will lead to deals? 🤝

Whooo amazing $2k!!!
$13k in EMD on a $13,000,000 deal 🤯
Real deal example. Commercial acquisition in Florida. Purchase price: $13 MILLION. 🏢💸 The buyer had everything lined up… except the $130,000 earnest money. So we showed up with it. 💪 💵 Upfront fee: 5% ... collected upfront. 📈 And if it had closed? Another 20% waiting at the closing table! Unfortunately, this one didn't close. 😬 Died in due diligence, and EMD came right back. But the upfront fee paid the cost of capital and operations, so all was good. We need to swing to get a hit. Who's bringing us the next one ... the one that will close? 👀 😉

Back from the OC Retreat — here's what stuck 🔥
Just got home from the retreat in San Antonio and I had to share this while it's fresh 🔥 I sat down with people this week who are doing Morby method deals on small multifamily, creative finance on commercial properties, and structuring deals in ways I hadn't seen before — and every single one of those conversations started because someone showed up and said hello. That's it. That's the whole secret. 👋 The people closing the most deals aren't the ones with the best spreadsheets. They're the ones building the most relationships. They're at the meetups.
