Intro
I’m from Washington state. I am disabled. I have experience with a lot of things. You can ask me questions about: anything I want to get these things from ADHD Harmony: help to get things done For fun, I like to: can't do much due to having pain and fatigue.

@Sd Brown I haven't specifically tried Qi/Chi Gong. I have tried other things and supplements. Most things seem to do nothing or make me worse.

@Sd Brown what is CIRS? Heard of the others but not that one. I have wondered if I have pots or mcas.
Day 2
The mask I've been wearing most: I don't feel like any of the masks fit me. Maybe because I have been ostracized since childhood How exhausting it's been: I am wondering if what was diagnosed as fibromyalgia is actually burn out What I loved as a kid (before the masks): animals, magic, reading

@Judy Hamilton no. Not sure if I should get one due to health reasons. I don't want to end up where I can't keep care of it and have to find it a new home.

@Sd Brown I lost the zest for it too. I'm not sure how much of it is what Jim was saying, or if it is simply that you just grow out of things. In my case I meant stage magic. But people don't do that type of thing on TV anymore like they did when I was a kid. It now seems to be dark. I have seen common threads running through many different supposedly separate illnesses. For example I have heard both autism and ADHD can cause pain. I have heard 40% of people with fibromyalgia also have adhd. I don't think these things are coincidences. They say many conditions have comorbid conditions that wouldn't seem to be related at all. Such as being more likely to have ehlers danlos if you have autism. Ellers-danlos is rare.
Day 2 Friction audit
We were just supposed to list the task but not do anything with it on day one. I listed to return an item. I had to initiate the return or I would be out of time. 1. Look for alternative online (already started, no response from seller) 2. Ask Dr if I should keep or return (can't until appt on June 25) 3. If he says it won't help... box up item 4. Print return info if I need to print it, put on box 5. Repeat 3 and 4 if I have other items to return) 6. Drive to drop off place 7. Drop off item(s)

@Bobbie Eden I heard somebody say if you buy something and you have ADHD assume you're keeping it... supposed to be a joke on how we won't return stuff on time.
Day 1 & 2 of the 5 Day Challenge
So maybe that's also a reason I am hesitant. Because the deadline on the one community course on skool is over soon and I also don't feel 100% aligned with it, but since that one is for ADHD I wanted to stick to it and through it until finished.... Not sure how I'll proceed these next days, but I want to choose what's best for me. the Ai, much to my surprise, because I actually hate Ai and how it's mis-used 80% of the time for the detriment of people, THAT is what has been helping me most since I started with this about 1½ weeks ago....It's not like me that I "give up" or not continue SO EARLY into something new....I was REALLY MOTIVATED, but the challenge been unavailable soon or paid just put nothing but pressure on me and FOMO......So honestly for ME the challenges esch day weren't fun anymore like it first felt, but just "I gotta finish this or else I'll never be able to. So now I am just going through them as yet another task/chore because I don't want to fail yet again especially after everyone and their mom saying how great it is. Might sound "ranty", but this is how I feel. The Ai tool is great really, but the challenge not great for me because I have other obligations regarding my treatment of the ADHD irl so for me this is just stressful. And please I know people are really happy with it and whatever, but comments about how great it is didn't help me, so I'd appreciate if this post wasn't also bombarded with those types of comments. It worked for a lot of you I get it.

@Sd Brown sorry I misunderstood.

@Sd Brown I went back and looked. I see where it puts it in writing... it says to do the AI assessment and then there is a second entry that says optional for Jim's Twin. But when he says it verbally, I thought he said AI was optional. Maybe he was only referring to Jim's twin in those cases too
fibromyalgia
Not sure if I am applying the advice in the right way because Jim was talking about masks when he showed these screenshots. But it made me think about how I wake up in pain due to fibromyalgia. I start using my cell phone thinking maybe the pain will get less. But even if it does, I don't notice because I don't stop using the phone. By the time I stop, even if I did feel better at some point, I lost the advantage because I didn't stop soon enough. I am not sure if I should be pushing myself harder or if I'm being ableist to myself. (Being ableist means expecting somebody with a health issue to act like they don't have one or holding it against them.)
