I listened to this one for 3 nights. First night high anxiety. Blood pressure was elevated. Felt achey all over, 7. By morning didn't feel rested and had some aches and pains going on, 5. Second night I listened to this same frequency again. This time was a little agitated 5. Didn't rest well, woke up off and on. By morning didn't feel much better. So the third night I decided to listen again. When I woke up my whole being felt refreshed. Body, Soul and Spirit.

I was pretty tired going into it. 174 I became really relaxed then 528 I heard, come up here..

I passed over because I'm low tone deaf. I gave it a listen last night, mind you I couldn't hear it. I awoke about 2hrs later with excruciating pain leaving every part of my body. I didn't realize what was going on till I started moving around. So by faith I kept moving till all pain subsided. It was unreal because I didn't even hear it playing.
