Question
What do you guys do for upsells? I need to get better at that. Luckily, most people give me a tip, but still. When do you present the upsell, at the start? Give me some tips!

Acid pre wash , kotch chemi hydro foam sealant for hydrophobic layer , clay bar treatment (just buy a clay towel way quicker), headlight restoration is quick and good money

Have different packages, treat the promo deal as a stage one , and go over expectations with clients and if the vehicle needs more than normal be upfront and tell them that it’s not covered in the package and it will be “x” more

Growing
Today, I had a chance to look at the progression we’ve made since working with R.D, and it’s insane. Tomorrow we have an our first business client with 15 cars. I have 3 full time employees, and 2 part time. Fully booked weeks, people calling, texting non stop. Neighbors coming over to ask me to detail. A brand new 24x40 shop going up on Thursday. This business gives you as much as you put in.

2k a month to now on track to hit 10k+ my first month
I was 100% hesitant at first to join the program but after I had a trial week with them, they absolutely blew my expectations out of the water. I was making roughly 2K a month on my own now this is my first full month and I’m on track to hit over 10 K which is crazy to me. Just thought I would share this with everyone. Wouldn’t want to do it with anyone else we are killing it out here
