Can wholesale real estate be done if you are broke? I was doing some research for my state and county (WA, Thurston) around real estate in general because I didn't understand enough, and I kept coming across stuff talking about title companies don't allow "dry funding." I was kind of under the impression that if I lined everything up I wouldn't need to put in money, I would just hold the title briefly then the buyer would buy...but if "dry funding" doesn't work, then can this still be done without having the money?
