I'm texting her parents and not doing well. We were engaged and this is the first person I've let in. Told her everything, never lied. And she discarded me without an explanation and the longer I go the more messed up my head is over this. I can't see past her and she treated me horribly.
Any New Year’s plans or things you want to get done this year?
I’m going to be trying the 12 grapes under the table tonight 😂 My resolution is to quit smoking and to get back into church more. What’s yalls resolutions and/or traditions?

Spending the evening alone but I did all the luckmaxxing I could today. I know 2026 is going to be a good year and I'm trusting God more and learning to stop forcing my path.
Happy New Year!
Thank you guys so much for all the support. I am so grateful for every one of you ❤️ I met my goals in less than four months, before the new year. When I started this, I wasn’t in a good place and never thought I’d make it this far so quickly but the Lord works miracles. While I’m not fond of the “new year, new me” saying, I do believe now is the best time to start. This moment, right now, is the best time to get consistent, change your life, and make a real difference within yourself. If you’re doing New Year’s resolutions, stay committed, stay consistent, stay disciplined—and do it all in the name of the Lord. I know a lot of you are going through a lot, and this may be a hard time, but I believe you can change your life starting this moment and things will get so much better. Everything happens for a reason all according to God’s plans. God bless you all, stay safe tonight, and don’t get wasted lol 🙏🏽

Happy New Year! Out with the wood snake in with the Fire Horse
Early morning thoughts
I feel like a different person in a different reality living a life that has sensations I've never experienced before and I have no orientation or context for my day to day existence. I've become untethered from myself and there's a freedom in that. I can become whoever I want to be now. I have love and compassion for everyone who's hurt me because it woke me up to myself. I am the only adversary in my life.
Welcome to The Sanctum Haven: Founder’s Story + Introduce Yourself
Hello, My name is Jay Carvalho. I am the founder of The Sanctum Haven and Sanctum Journals. My journey began in 2021 during one of the darkest periods of my life. I struggled with depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, and difficult relationships. I needed an escape from the pain and a way to become a better version of myself, a path to navigate these struggles, and a way to find hope in the midst of despair. Over the past few years, I’ve built routines and habits—meditation, journaling, cold showers, reading, learning new skills, and working out—that have helped me get through my struggles and gain clarity, discipline, and resilience. I started working out about seven years ago when I was bullied, ridiculed, and insecure, skinny, and deeply depressed as a 14- or 15-year-old. Exercise became more than just physical training—it became a tool for mental strength, confidence, and discipline. These practices allowed me to heal, make major life decisions, seek forgiveness, grow spiritually, build businesses, and develop into a more grounded, well-rounded man. Each habit, each daily practice, became a stepping stone toward becoming the person I wanted to be. Five months ago, I went through the worst heartbreak I have ever experienced in my life. That heartbreak eventually led me to accept Christ, which radically changed how I see morals, values, and purpose. After growing up atheist my whole life, embracing Jesus brought a profound clarity, deep peace, and a renewed sense of purpose. That's why I started content creation. It gave me a strong desire to help others who face similar struggles and a framework for living a life grounded in faith, integrity, and growth. I know what it’s like to feel lost, broken, and hopeless. I know what it feels like to question whether you will ever find peace or happiness again. That’s why I created The Sanctum Haven. This is a safe space to heal, strengthen your faith, build discipline, and grow into the best version of yourself. This isn’t just a community. It's a MOVEMENT:

I'm Brandon and I'm a childhood sexual abuse survivor. I've struggled on and off with addictions and substance abuse. I took a break from intimacy for the past 11 years to heal my trauma, work on myself and wait for the right person God intended for me. I met someone this year and fell in love for the first time. She was like me, a victim of childhood sexual abuse and I felt a God calling to help her and be there for her. She said she wanted to wait on intimacy until marriage, we got engaged and then she discarded me. Having the first person I've let in to my heart use me and lead me on has destroyed my sense of self and I feel that I am broken. That's the cleanest summary of what has transpired and why I am here. I am trying to better myself and not fall back into old patterns of coping.

@Jay Carvalho Thanks, I want this to refine me into the man I should've been and not give in to self destruction.
