Buildy is where DialedHQ really began taking shape for me. What started as an idea for helping service contractors stop losing jobs to missed calls became a working product: an AI receptionist built around HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical and other home-service businesses. Buildy gave me the ability to go from thinking about the idea to actually building, testing, changing direction when something didn’t work, and seeing the product become real in front of me. Since then, DialedHQ has grown beyond the original prototype into a much more defined business — with a live AI receptionist, contractor-focused product specifications, pilot workflow, founder dashboard, validation strategy, and a much clearer understanding of the problem we’re trying to solve. The biggest thing Buildy gave me wasn’t just a website or an app. It gave me the ability to iterate without waiting for somebody else to build my ideas for me. Still building. Still validating. Give every Buildy user a permanent “Project Ownership Pass”: the ability to access, back up, export, and transfer at least one project even after their paid plan ends. Free credits or an extra month would be helpful temporarily, but ownership and continuity would help every builder protect what they’ve worked hard to create—and make Buildy stand out as a platform that genuinely supports founders for the long term.
