Miami, FL (Anywhere, Any Price Including Million-Dollar Lots) Bonus: High End Tampa, FL Area (Virginia Park) Bonus: Spring Hill, FL (Lots on Linden Dr. The Main Rd.) @Ginesta Lee - Stick to the metro area and surrounding areas. Be under sold comps in areas where new homes are selling. They'll buy from there. GA is not a focal market for me but I do have builders. They just refuse to provide criteria. They want to us to send them everything. Including acres if under market value.
