5 Struggles 1. I’m 38 years old and still working a job I know I don’t want to be doing long-term. 2. I’m trying to provide for my family while also chasing acting, content creation, fitness, and building something of my own. 3. Some days I feel like I’m doing everything right and still not seeing the results fast enough. 4. I’ve put myself out there for opportunities and heard “no,” gotten ignored, or watched things I worked hard on barely get seen. 5. I constantly feel the pressure of knowing I need more money while also refusing to give up on the life I actually want. 5 Contrasting Wins 1. Even though I hate where I’m working right now, I still show up because my family depends on me. 2. I’ve continued pursuing acting and have worked on professional TV/film sets instead of completely giving up on the dream. 3. I keep training and trying to improve myself physically even after long, exhausting workdays. 4. I’ve built my own content platforms and continue creating even when the numbers don’t immediately reward me. 5. I’m still betting on myself. I haven’t accepted that this is where my story ends. My 3 Best Hooks Hook 1: “I’m 38, working a job I hate, and trying to build a life my kids can be proud of.” Hook 2: “Nobody talks about how hard it is to chase your dream when you still have bills due every month.” Hook 3: “The hardest part isn’t working hard. It’s working hard when your life still looks exactly the same.” Reel Concept Emotion Attempting to Evoke: Frustration at first, followed by hope, determination, and the feeling of “damn, I’m going through this too.” Hook “The hardest part isn’t working hard. It’s working hard when your life still looks exactly the same.” Visual Concept Open with me sitting in my car before or after work, still in my work clothes, looking tired and mentally drained. Quick cuts of me walking into work, sitting in traffic, checking the time, putting my head back against the seat, or staring straight ahead. The beginning should feel repetitive and almost claustrophobic — like I’m trapped in the same routine every day.
