This section is where you help shape what Coleman & Co. becomes next. If there’s something you want added, improved, clarified, researched, organized differently, or built from scratch — post it here. Use Suggestions & Requests for things like: - New compounds you want added to the Peptide Library - Deep-dive topics you want covered - Research papers you want reviewed - New Classroom sections or resources - Calculator or tool ideas - Protocol topics you want explained - Safety topics that need more attention - Suggestions for improving navigation or organization - Requests for comparison guides - Requests for beginner-friendly explanations - Community feature ideas - Feedback on what is confusing, missing, or not useful enough 🧠 Be Specific When You Can Instead of: “Add more stuff about recovery.” try: “Can we get a comparison of BPC-157, TB-500, and GHK-Cu for tissue-repair research?” Instead of: “We need more science.” try: “Can you add a section explaining how to tell whether a peptide study is actually strong evidence?” The more specific the request, the easier it is to turn it into something useful. 🔬 Requests Can Be Big or Small You can request: A whole new compound page or something as simple as: “Can you explain this paragraph differently?” Both are useful. This community is being built to be practical, clear, and genuinely helpful — not just packed with information for the sake of having information. 🗳️ See Something You Like? Say So. If another member posts an idea you want too, comment on it. That helps me see what the community is most interested in and where I should focus next. Some requests may get added quickly. Others may need more research before they belong in the Classroom. And some may not make sense for Coleman & Co. at all — but I still want to hear them. 🚀 This Is How the Library Grows A lot of the best additions are going to come from someone asking: “Why don’t we have this yet?” So ask. Suggest. Challenge the way something is organized.

This section is your go-to place when you’re stuck, confused, or just need help finding the right answer. If you’re not sure where to post something, post it here. Use Questions & Help for things like: - Help finding information in the Classroom - Questions about a compound page - Clarifying research terminology - Understanding a study or mechanism - Help comparing two compounds - Questions about community terminology - Figuring out which section your question belongs in - Troubleshooting access, navigation, or Skool features - Suggestions for information you think should be added - Questions that don’t quite fit anywhere else 🧠 There Are No “Dumb” Questions Here This space covers a lot of complicated science. You are not expected to know: - every receptor - every pathway - every peptide - every acronym - how to read every research paper If something doesn’t make sense, ask. Chances are someone else is wondering the same thing. 🔎 Before You Post A quick search of the Peptide Library or existing discussion threads may already answer your question. If it doesn’t, post away. When possible, include enough context for people to understand what you’re asking. For example, instead of: “What about BPC?” try: “I was reading the BPC-157 page and I’m confused about the difference between the animal tendon studies and actual human evidence. Can someone explain that?” That gives the community something specific to work with. 🧬 Medical Questions We can discuss: - mechanisms - published research - safety information - clinical-trial findings - FDA labeling - general educational concepts But the community should not be used as a replacement for individualized medical care. If your question involves a significant adverse reaction, medical emergency, or a decision about your personal treatment, contact an appropriate healthcare professional. 💡 Something Missing? This section is for sharing real-world experiences, observations, and outcomes from members of the Coleman & Co. community. This is where we can talk about what people actually noticed — while keeping a clear line between: personal experience and clinical evidence. Use this area to share things like: - What you noticed while using a compound or protocol - Changes in energy, recovery, sleep, appetite, body composition, mood, cognition, or skin - Side effects or unexpected reactions - Things that worked better or worse than expected - Lab changes you observed - What you would do differently next time - How long it took before you noticed anything - Experiences with stopping or changing a protocol - Lessons learned along the way 🧠 Context Makes Your Experience More Useful If you’re comfortable sharing, include details such as: - Compound or protocol - General goal - How long you used it - Other compounds or medications involved - Relevant labs or measurements - What changed - What did not change - Any side effects - Anything else that may have influenced the result You never need to share anything you consider private. ⚠️ Personal Experience Is Not Proof This part matters. One person having a great result does not prove that a compound works. And one person having a bad experience does not prove that a compound is ineffective or unsafe for everyone. Anecdotes are valuable because they can: - highlight patterns - generate questions - identify possible side effects - point us toward things worth researching But they cannot replace controlled evidence. That is why this section works best alongside the Research & Studies area. 🔬 Good Results Include the Messy Ones Too Please don’t feel like posts here need to be success stories. “Nothing happened” is useful information. “So far I’m not impressed” is useful information. “I stopped because of side effects” is useful information. The more accurately we share experiences, the more useful this community becomes.
⚙️ WELCOME TO PROTOCOL DISCUSSION
This section is for thoughtful discussion around how protocols are structured, why certain compounds get paired together, and what the evidence does—or does not—support. Use this area to talk through things like: - Why a protocol is built a certain way - How different compounds may complement—or overlap with—each other - Timing concepts and sequencing - Cycle structure - Research-based protocol design - Comparing one protocol approach with another - Questions about whether a protocol is evidence-based, community-driven, or purely experimental - How human clinical protocols differ from common peptide-community practices - Safety considerations, monitoring, and known limitations 🧠 The Goal Here Is Understanding, Not Copying There is a huge difference between: a protocol used in a clinical trial, and, a protocol circulating online, and a protocol someone personally experimented with. This section is where we separate those. If you post a protocol, try to identify where it came from: - Published human study - Animal or preclinical research - FDA-approved labeling - Clinical practice - Community protocol - Personal experience - Hypothetical / experimental design That context makes the discussion much more useful. 🔬 Ask “Why?” Before “How Much?” Instead of only asking: “What dose do people use?” try asking: “What is the biological rationale for this protocol?” “Was this schedule actually studied?” “Does combining these compounds create redundancy?” “What outcomes were measured?” “What safety issues should be considered?” Those are the questions that lead to better understanding. ⚠️ Important This section is for education and discussion, not individualized medical treatment. A protocol that was appropriate in a study—or used by someone else—may not be appropriate for another person.
