Hey guys! Quick question. How are you guys editing the PDFs generated by the LOI generator if you need to make any edits? I think I may be doing something wrong because I tried converting it to a word document so I could edit it, but that just messes up all the formatting.

Can someone please reduce the size of each PDF so we can attach all 3 and send in 1 email? I tried creating a ZIP but the file is still too large. And I get lost with Google Drives.... TIA

Hey yall. if only 1 out of 4 units are rented out would you send an LOI? It will not cash flow with only 1 but definitely will with at least 3. Owner left vacant since he wants to sell it.
