Last week I hit a wall.
My energy was off, I didn’t feel aligned with myself, and that's a feeling I’ve been facing more often these past few months. I was frustrated with myself, for falling short in my health, nutrition, focus, and self-love. Deep down, I knew I needed to break the pattern. I had already tried small changes, but at this stage in my life, that just wasn’t enough. I needed something bigger. A challenge. With an exciting day coming up this week, one that I know will bring me new insights, I thought: the more clear and detoxed I feel, the better. That’s when it clicked… Why not do a water fast? Not for 1 or 2 days, but 3. On Saturday at 10:00 pm, I had my last meal and then the fast began. For those who don’t know: fasting has some powerful benefits. Humans weren’t built to eat 4, 5, or even 6+ times a day. Taking a break from food does far more good than harm. Here are just a few benefits: 🔄 Cell renewal – autophagy clears out damaged cells 💉 Better insulin sensitivity – balances blood sugar 🔥 Lower inflammation – reduces disease risk 🧠 Sharper focus – mental clarity and energy ⏳ Longevity boost – activates pathways linked to a longer life Of course, there were challenges too. The hardest moments came at night, lying in bed hungry. What helped me push through was drinking water with Celtic sea salt, which made me feel ‘full’ just long enough. Today at 12:00 pm, after 86 hours, I had my first meal again (see photo). Breaking a 3.5-day water fast with a small meal felt incredible. And it reminded me how important it is to ease back in, because your digestive system has been on pause for days. But honestly, this post isn’t about listing benefits, sharing my weight loss, or bragging. It’s about perspective. About showing that sometimes, when you feel stuck, all it takes is one bold reset to break the cycle and build momentum again. I truly believe this fast gave me back the energy and clarity I was missing, and it’s exactly what I needed to keep building the life I envision.

Just closed my first annual sale thanks to @Avatar Daan's strategy inside Limitless Skool 🙌 The next goal? Raise the annual price — because the value is only getting bigger. What made this sale possible: 👉 A stack of ultra-powerful bonuses you ONLY get on the annual plan 👉 An irresistible offer that simply makes saying “no” impossible At the end of the day, the most important part of sales isn’t fancy scripts or tactics… it’s having a killer offer. 💯 (Screenshot below 👇)

Skool Hit 100K… But Here’s the Real Reason It Matters
Wauw, we did it, 100K. 🚀 About a year ago, during the Skool Games in Vegas, I had a conversation with @Sam Ovens where everything clicked for me. I knew Skool would become one of the biggest, most successful, world-changing platforms. But not because of how Sam spoke. Not because of the tech design. Nothing like that. There was one reason alone that made me believe so much in Skool that I decided to get a Skool tattoo. It was his curiosity to the users (and myself) that brought the best to this platform, making it feel like it actually has a soul. Sam would sit at the table asking: “How do you experience this?” “How do people experience it on calls?” 'Etc, etc etc" He questioned everything he could find out. That obsession with his products and the experience of his users fascinated me. It inspired me to focus and go ALL-IN on Skool. Best decision I ever made. And I believe it can be for you too. So welcome. Thank you for your trust in being here. Let’s change the world together ❤️‍🔥

What a milestone. For sure Hormozi his book launch had something to do with it also 😉. Sam really started a revolution with Skool in my opinion, something a lot of people maybe didn’t think they needed, but now do.
How Skool Gives You 700 Leads a Day (For Free)
Skool is growing with 70,000+ new users PER DAY… Not all of them will benefit you, but imagine just 1% being your target audience. That means Skool is giving you 700 new potential customers every single day. Those users spend $1 BILLION per year… And we basically get access to this for free—they’re just waiting to come across your community & offer. We do the exact same things as before… but we get way more out of it. This is Aligned Leverage: Doing the same stuff we’re already doing, just getting a bigger return. It’s what’s helping coaches scale from $5K–$50K per month… to $100K+ per month. I’ve seen it over and over, with Max, Atena, and many other Skool Games Winners. Leveraging Skool the right way makes your business simpler, more fun, and more profitable. But don’t take my word for it, just check the Skool Games Leaderboard. (If you don’t have a community yet, start one here for free and see it for yourself.) People are already making hundreds of thousands of dollars… And the crazy part? This is just the beginning. 😉 How are you using Skool to leverage yourself?
