B. Coulibaly 14.5 Over We’ve had plenty of success betting on Coulibaly this season, and I’m hoping that continues today. The Wizards have many players in doubt (Carrington, Sarr, Kuzma), while Poole and Brogdon are definitely out. I believe Kuzma won’t play tonight after leaving the Rockets game early due to injury, so if he’s out, Coulibaly becomes Washington’s primary offensive option—making this line look very low for a team’s top scorer. Even if Kuzma does play, I’d still take Bilal at this line. The 76ers are an average defense against the exact play styles from which Coulibaly gets his points, so I’m not worried about that. They use drop coverage, and I’m hoping Bilal can hit those midrange floaters he likes. In the restricted area, Philly allows the 6th-most points, and from above-the-break positions they allow the 9th-most points. Combined, those zones account for nearly 70% of his scoring. With so many absences, I expect Bilal’s usage rate to exceed 19%. Whenever it’s been that high, he’s gone over in 9 of his last 12 games, and at 18% or higher, he’s gone over in 12 of 17. Players similar to him vs. the 76ers have had success: Avdija (17), Kuminga (20) & Wiggins (15), Sochan (15), Ziaire (19).
