I've found descript to be extremely helpful for my long from content editing.
Deleted 6 hours of work today.
Not because it was broken. Because it made the product worse. 😭 I built this whole feature thinking: "People are going to love having more control." Then I watched someone use it. They got confused. Clicked around. Ignored half of it. And eventually asked: "Which option am I actually supposed to choose?" That hurt. Because the feature worked exactly as designed. It was just solving a problem nobody had. So I removed it. The product instantly felt cleaner. One thing I'm learning: The hardest part of building isn't adding things. It's knowing what to kill.

simplicity can sometimes be the most productive key to success.
Finally done with day 4, but I need a piece of advice on something
For day 4 I decided to build something based on my previous job as a customer service rep. I have built a full agent that handles customers' emails effeciently and gets the boring repetetive task that used to take almost half my shift in pure copy pasting over with. This was a mock run that turned out okay. Now I was thinking to go back to the company I used to work in [call centre] and offer them AI Automation as a service. Like building them workflows and agents that handles a big chunck of what used to drain me as an agent and made me quit. Because after thinking about it, it would save them a lot of time and enhance their FRT (first response time) and their AHT (average handling time), which is gonna result in better customer experience and subsequently ensure clients' satisfaction. Any ideas how to approach them without sounding too desperate, given I still have good connections with everybody there but I have no idea how to reach out and discuss these matters and I need a piece of advise honestly.

Something really interesting that my friend has done is very similar to this but with a twist. instead of selling them the service he instead decided to stat employed then used the system himself so that he only was required to work 10-20 minutes a day and still get paid a full salary. not a bad play if you need time to work on your skills and have a steady flow of income.
AI vs AI Agent?
Unpopular take: most people confuse "AI" with "automation" and it's costing them time. AI = pattern recognition. It takes input, finds patterns, gives output. ChatGPT answering your question = AI. An AI AGENT is different — it takes ACTION. "Send me my top customers" → it reads your data, analyzes it, writes a report, sends the email. No human needed in the loop. Once you separate these two ideas, you start seeing automation opportunities everywhere — every repetitive task someone complains about is a potential agent. Curious if others here are experimenting with agent's vs just using chatbots? what's your favourite tool to work with?

I build AI systems that make businesses more money. Teaching others how to do the same with their own agencies.
