@Andrew C That's a tough question with a ton of variables but the big ones that come to mind are losing their identity and trying to be someone else and winging it with no processess. So many struggle because they don't find a winning process to model. Success is repeatable. Find someone who's killing it, model them don't imitate them, and stay comitted through the learning curve and success is guaranteed. Because if something can be done once, it can scale and repeat. Don't give up!
