Start Smaller Than You Think
One of the biggest mistakes people make when starting a health journey is trying to change everything at once. A new workout plan. A new diet. More water. Better sleep. 10,000 steps. No sugar. No alcohol. No missed workouts. It sounds productive, but it usually creates overwhelm. The people who succeed long term often start much smaller. Instead of asking: "What is the perfect plan?" Ask: "What is the next step I can repeat consistently?" Maybe that's: ✅ A 10-minute walk after dinner ✅ Adding protein to breakfast ✅ Going to bed 30 minutes earlier ✅ Strength training twice per week ✅ Drinking one extra bottle of water each day Small actions may not feel impressive, but they build momentum. Momentum creates consistency. Consistency creates results. You do not need to be perfect. You do not need to do everything. You just need to do the next right thing often enough that it becomes part of who you are. Question for the group: If you could improve just ONE health habit over the next 30 days, what would it be?

@Scott Meador hoping to do that today. I’m off work today so hoping to have a little time!
💡 WHY MOST PEOPLE FAIL TO IMPROVE THEIR HEALTH
Most people think they need more information. They don't. Most people already know they should: • Sleep more • Eat more protein • Move more • Drink more water • Manage stress The problem isn't knowledge. The problem is implementation. Health results usually come from repeating a few basic actions consistently for months, not finding a new supplement, diet, workout, or hack every week. Think about it this way: A person who sleeps 7.5 hours, eats enough protein, walks daily, and strength trains twice per week will outperform someone chasing the latest trend almost every time. The fundamentals are not exciting. They're effective. Before asking: "What's the best supplement?" Ask: "Am I consistently doing the basics?" Before buying another gadget, ask: "Have I mastered sleep, nutrition, and movement?" Optimization works best when it sits on top of a strong foundation. Build the foundation first. Everything else becomes easier. Question for the group: Which basic habit would have the biggest impact on your health right now if you did it consistently for the next 90 days?

Consistent workouts! We're about a good week in of doing it...just have to maintain!
Why Most People Never Reach Their Health Goal
It usually isn’t because they don’t know what to do. Most people already know they should: ✔ Eat more protein ✔ Move more ✔ Strength train ✔ Drink more water ✔ Sleep better The problem is not a lack of information. The problem is trying to do everything at once. Someone decides they want to lose weight, build muscle, improve their energy, clean up their diet, start exercising, and fix their sleep… all in the same week. A few weeks later, they’re overwhelmed and back where they started. The people who get the best results take a different approach. They focus on the next right step. Maybe that’s: 🔹 Adding a daily walk 🔹 Eating protein at every meal 🔹 Strength training twice per week 🔹 Going to bed 30 minutes earlier 🔹 Tracking progress consistently Small actions may not feel exciting, but they compound over time. The difference between where you are today and where you could be one year from now is often a handful of habits repeated hundreds of times. So here’s today’s question: If you could improve ONE area of your health over the next 90 days, what would it be? Weight loss? More energy? Building muscle? Better sleep? Less stress? Drop your answer below. 👇

I'm Brad and I am from Indiana. Go Hoosiers! My primary health goal right now is to lean out and get back my endurance fitness when I used to run daily. I haven't done that in a while and want to build endurance again because I like to ride dirtbikes and race. One challenge for me I'm working through is dieting. I am not as consistent as I should be, but am working on that. We are LOCKING IN during June to set a new baseline and really push hard!
