You're Not Broken- You're Protected
Before we go further, there is something I want to say to you with lots of love and compassion. You have spent years — maybe decades — looking at parts of yourself as problems to fix. Just think about…. The way you shrink in certain rooms. The way you go quiet when you want to speak. The way you’ve learned to make yourself smaller, softer, less. The way you disappear sometimes even when you are standing right there. I've been in all these places. So you called it a pattern. A block. A wound. Something broken that needs to be healed before you can finally live the way you want to live. Yes, I did that, too. But I want to offer you a different way of seeing it, of seeing you. What if none of that is broken? What if every single part of you that learned to hide — the quietness, the smallness, the going-away-while-staying — was doing exactly what it was built to do? Protecting you. Think about it for a second. Somewhere in your history — maybe early on, maybe as a young adult, or maybe not so long ago — you learned that being fully seen was not safe. That showing your whole self had a cost. That too much, too loud, too real got you hurt, dismissed, abandoned, or shamed. So a part of you got smart. That part learned to read the room before you entered it. It learned to scan for danger before you opened your mouth. It learned to make you acceptable, manageable, palatable — because that was how you survived. That part of you — I call it the guardian. And the guardian has been doing its job without a single day off ever since. You can feel the guardian in your belly. In your chest. In the tension you carry in your shoulders. In the automatic shrinking that happens before you even realize you're doing it. That is your guardian. Not a malfunction. Not evidence of how damaged you are. It's evidence of how you adapted to conditions that were genuinely hard. This was done with intelligence. Here is what I know about empaths and healers — the people who come into my community. You feel everything. You have always felt everything. And somewhere along the way, feeling everything in a world that was not always kind to your sensitivity became dangerous. So the guardian learned to protect the feeling. To keep it hidden. To keep you safe from the cost of being that open. To keep you safe from the cost of being you.

@Anthony Rios Yes i understand I've been under a lot of stress last year or 2 overall but right now i'm decompressing and also eager to want to move forward. the shoulder feeling feels restricting in the way i want to move right now but also don't like being restricted with whatever adventure i choose next. catch 22. been resting lately but feel its time to move on now

Just completed Day 7- Started a little late but enjoying the audios and practices which have been great additions to my journey already. My healing gift and focus is more about helping people finding Clarity and Calm through real conversations, it's something I've realised has always been in me and something I've always done but now moving into it with intention, awareness and purpose.
Guidance and advice
Second time to try this, battery went flat. Just a little curious with things on how to proceed forward now. Used to have a business in the trades until i had my wake up, lived high vibing most my life just flowing. something changed and spiraled majorly downward real fast and i was in a very foreign place. tried working through even tho i wasn't sleeping, struggling to make sense of it all. Rock bottom and so the focus on reasoning and the healing began. made my 8 stages of my personal healing from chaos to calm journey but also left most my old life as is and moved forward. 3 or 4 yrs on, still flickering between stages and healing journey never ends. Have tried numerous things to get some paid work but mainly physical jobs to create the life I'd like to live somehow, mainly getting just enough to get by or survive, grateful for the experience and the teachings along the way but never turned into something substantial and sustainable. Main question is, I haven't found what I'm looking for really as a whole, few glimpses but unaligned and unbalanced to move forward( maybe some past traumas too). But now the old life is randomly making and appearance in some ways but also I'm in a way worse situation financially than ever before so just curious if anyone been through something like this as in broken to bare minimum and how or what they did to slowly put things right and the pieces back together in the sense of sharing your story but also letting the abundance flow to move forward and aligned with who you know you are and not what the world tries to tell you to be? I get offers for somethings but a lot seems fake or scams but I also like to do things right and in a balanced way.

just did a hypnotis meditation that covers a cleansing of golden light moving slowly from the top of your body all the way down to your toes in sections while u feel your body relax even more as it flows through you so you can feel the breathe and listen to anything feelings the body has to show you from wherever and you practice breathing into those areas easier with the body being so relaxed. Was a really good practice

Hey Everyone, names Brad from SA but live in NZ the last 20+ years. Been seeking for the last 3 or 4 years, doing internal and self development work. Tried a few things on my spiritual path and taken pieces for my personal path which align and work for me. I enjoy my own space mainly as a lot of spaces drain me more than full me. Play some golf and get out in the ocean as often as possible either windsurfing, surfing or just swimming
