🧠 Looking for Insight: might be partnering with a Senior real estate Investor While I Learn What’s up y’all — I’m transitioning into real estate long-term and would love some feedback. I’ve got a digital marketing agency (funnels, automation, GoHighLevel, ads, SEO, etc.) and I’m currently doing a licensing deal-- with my fitness and nutrition coaching business to stay lean. And it's making me some extra income while freeing up my time. WI recently connected with a wealthy investor PT client of mine (worth $5M+, lots of business real estate) who mentioned “seed money” and started looking into duplexes one morning after I sort of jokingly said I was looking for Real Estate Coach! Lol I’d love to propose a win-win where I help manage or market the property while learning the game from him — possibly earning v a small draw while I grow my main biz and stabilize. He mentioned seed money- I perked up! 😂 not so sure though what his idea of seed money might be. Anyone ever structured a deal like that — where you bring time, skills, and hustle, but not capital yet? Or any advice on how to present it right? Also open to collabs if anyone needs digital horsepower for RE deals. Appreciate y’all! Brad P.

@Ty Flip Man I really don't know. I just do not want to mess up like I did back in 2007 and 2008. It might not be the best time for me. I just started my new digital Marketing business, started off strong, and now the 2nd half of my income goal is moving a bit slower. I need to jump into your classroom.

Now that it is riding well enough on autopilot....I started a new LLC and business called "Quick Rank Pros"-this is where I help small service businesses get found online using GHL Gohighlevel....love what I am doing with that new business, because while Fitness and Nutrition clients can stay with you 6 months to a year, business owners will stay with you 6 years or longer, as long as you are doing good business for them! As I get older, I am looking to work less and make more recurring income. This is why real estate has my interest again right now. I told you I would be reaching out! 🙂 🤔 Your biggest struggle in real estate? Learning new methods and getting my credit back good again. I was actually one of the people who crashed and burned during the 2007-2008 Real Estate Crash! Since then, this is the first time I have thought about giving it another go. I lost 14- low income houses I had no business having in the first place back then. lol 🤣 🎯 What are your real estate investing goals? Just ready to learn how to build some recurring income and build longer term wealth over time. I know this is not easy. I plan to learn from the right people this time.
