Hello from Virginia (originally from Canada)
Headline I change perspectives on knowledge work and help leaders at all levels (owners/execs, managers, and teams) to make it flow. Bio I am a Business Agility and Management Coach, offering agility change services to organizations and businesses. My main niche is bringing flow and agility using the Kanban method for modern management. As a Business Agility coach, my purpose is to help individuals, teams, and organizations to become fit for purpose and better at responding to change. As a Kanban coach, my goal is to enable leaders at all levels to see, manage and improve the flow of their work. That can be tall order in knowledge work, where the work itself is largely invisible/intangible... I am here because I want to leverage AI to help generate leads, and manage the upstream marketing and sales part of the business. In short, 1) I want to use AI effectively to scale myself, and 2) I want to be able to help my customers adopt and scale themselves. My schooling and background was in technology, specifically software development, until my career went to India and I pivoted my career to process and people. That was 11-years ago, and now I find myself needing to pivot again with AI. Thankfully, I've a healthy appetite for learning, and it is with AI after all. Besides Kanban and AI, I have many interests. My recent interest is metabolic health and related with low carbohydrate and ketogenic diet, and intermittent fasting, emphasizing the importance of sunlight (and/or Vitamin-D), sufficient sleep, regular movement and exercise. My wife and I live in Virginia. We are both from Canada originally. I love the weather in Virginia. I miss the natural beauty of the Canadian Pacific Northwest.
