I had a 1pm Estate Guru appointment not pickup at that time.......you assume no show..........I called him @ 1:15pm........led to scheduling 2nd call for "Assembling the Plan"..... he couldn't pick up because he was helping his wife who had suffered a stroke 1.5 years ago..
