The more you practice something, the easier it gets. Crazy concept but we overlook it way too often. Example: I've been doing a retarded amount of swings this month. Almost all of them with 24kg, all using two hands. Reps varied between 10-50 for each set. No clock or tempo set for almost all of it, just doing work. Crisp lockouts, high tension, the usuals. Yesterday I put myself on the clock to see where I was at. 50 sets of 10 reps, working at a 1:2 work:rest ratio. Smoked it, passing the Talk Test the whole time. Outside in 90 degree heat at noon. All due to just practicing. We're talkin about practice The program has been a framework to guide the day, nothing super strict. Imagine if you apply this elsewhere. Like your own training. Or dieting. Or in your work. Just practice doing something basic and effective, better, more often.
