Hey everyone, just found this group, glad to be here with like minded individuals. I’ve been studying/interested in wholesaling for many many years (analysis paralysis) but never too much real action. About 3 years ago I got serious and have been wholesaling when I can after work and weekends. Done 6 or 7 cash wholesale deals and did my first virtual Novation recently and want to get more into Novations. I run my own ads so most are inbound but also do some other less gen. Would love to connect with yall and find the right fit and collaborate and get this business moving, it’s time to quit the w2.
