SHIMMER Just Hit 20 Years. This Is A Big Deal.
Twenty years ago SHIMMER took a gamble that most people in the wrestling world were scared to take. They built a place where women could wrestle at a level that matched their hunger, their talent and their pride. Now Yahoo Sports is giving them the credit they deserve for helping spark the modern revolution in women’s wrestling. And honestly, they earned every bit of it. This is a great reminder for all of us. You do not need a giant stage to change the business. You only need courage, consistency and a vision that refuses to back down. SHIMMER proved that when you invest in the performers who are ready to work, the entire industry levels up. Here is the question for today: What woman in wrestling inspired you the most, and why? Drop your answer in the comments. Let’s shine a light on the women who shaped this sport and pushed it forward. 💬🔥

Why Most Wrestlers Never Get Noticed (And What To Do About It)
Listen up.Most wrestlers think the reason they aren’t making money or getting booked is because the “business is crowded.” That’s not the real problem. The real problem is this: Wrestlers blend in. They whisper in a world where everyone is yelling. Today’s fans are hit with thousands of messages every single day. So are promoters. So are potential customers. People are tuned out. People are skeptical. People ignore anything that feels “normal.” If you sound like everyone else... If you look like everyone else... If you promote yourself like everyone else… You disappear. This post is a slap in the face, and every wrestler needs it: **To get attention, you must be dramatic.** To cut through the clutter, you must be bold. To stand out, you must make powerful promises that WAKE PEOPLE UP. That’s why most wrestlers never grow their brand. Not because they lack talent. Not because they’re not “over.” But because their message never breaks through the zombie-fog the audience lives in. You don’t need to be outrageous for shock value. But you must be different enough to get wrestlers, fans, and buyers to stop scrolling and say: “Wait… what?!” If your message doesn’t do that…It’s getting lost. Starting today, ask yourself: - Does my content punch through the noise? - Am I giving people a reason to pay attention? - Would I stop scrolling for my own promo, my own post, my own pitch? If not, fix it. Wrestling is storytelling. Marketing is storytelling. And storytellers who whisper get crushed by storytellers who roar. Drop a comment: What’s ONE bold idea you could use to break through the noise this week inside your wrestling career? Let’s sharpen your message. Let’s build your character. Let’s cut the clutter.

I believes this 100% everything is storytelling in life and if you don’t add your background and hero’s journey you can’t connect with the right fans that you’ll need to become who you really want to be in the profession
Veteran status?
How long has everyone been a pro-wrestler for?

A man I met once in Georgia invited me to come and train under him and learn to become a professional wrestler and I thought I was too little and couldn’t gain weight and now I regret it. Especially when trying to motivate my kids to master wrestling and go pro one day
