Celebrate Success (thread)
"“In two weeks you’ll feel it. In four weeks you’ll see it. In eight weeks, you’ll hear it.” Celebrate your wins over the past month. So important to recognize how far you have come already, and take a moment to appreciate the milestones you have reached. Would love to hear how everyone is feeling at the moment and your biggest success 👇 Mine in the comments as well 💪

@Koen Vaessen proud of you Koen! In weight loss my journey has been slow but thats ok. Had a nasty sickness as well, but my morning routines, waking up on time and feeling more relaxt is working amazingly well! Today I bought myself a size 36 jeans. Its two sizes too small, but it is my indicator of good progress. Tomorrow I have a killer training planned!

Hiya! 98kilo 114cm belly Happy to share wearing XL button up shirts without my belly poking through it like an overblown balloon 🎈 Feeling fresh at 05:30, sleeping around 22:00 Eat banana, mandarin and apple everyday Breakfast consists of egg and bread Lunch/diner normal portion food Not a lot of sports, currently struggling with my new job and the house renovations in the weekend. Need another two weeks to acclimatise. Gym next to the office starting from May on office days is a goal to investigate. Oh yeah, AND, less back pain

End of the Year Reflection
It was a WILD ride if you ask me🎢 2024 was one of the most challenging years of my life honestly. Seeing once again, there lies tremendous value in being resilient in difficult times. Having a foundation of habits that carries you forward and helps you maintain high energy levels, good health, and a positive outlook on life. I have to admit, that I allowed work to affect my mental peace and quality time with people close to me at times. Something that for 2025 has my biggest priority for changing. In a successful online community the CEO of a 300K$ a month company shared this perspective about health: "Health isn't some self-care" BS; it's the engine that runs everything else." Or the rule Tony Robbins lives by that keeps him fit and making millions well into his 60s: “𝐀 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐲 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐬, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐚 𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟏.” Imagine what can truly change for you, your finances, your family and loved ones, by making your health and well-being a daily priority 🤯 No guesswork, follow the "Breathe, Release, Thrive method". Focus on the 5 daily habits of fit people, and you will be unrecognizable by summer 😎 Let's make health our number 1 priority and value for 2025 and Im here to support you all in that! Looking back I couldn't be more proud being here. For everything that's been overcome and achieved. What are your proudest moments of the year or achievements you want to share? 👇 With that being said, I wish everyone a beautiful end of the year. Let go of what no longer serves you, and open the door to the best version of yourself 💌 2025 Will be the year that shows you how capable you truly are Koen

Happy new year!!
Happy Holidays to all 🎄🎅
Wishing you all an amazing holiday season filled with love and laughter for you and your loved ones. Let this time remind us what truly matters in life. Slowing down, quality time with those we care about, and making beautiful memories. Let this also be an important reminder of what this time is not about: - To worry about calories or the amount of movement you do - Wanting to be perfect - Pressure to have it all figured out Health is not about what you do between Christmas🎄 and New Year 🎇 It's about what you do between New Year 🎇 and Christmas🎄 "it's what you do consistently that shapes the quality of your life" So enjoy, laugh, love. And fill these days with what you want the next year to be more of. With love, Koen
Happy Holidays to all 🎄🎅
