Hey everyone — I’m Bobby. I’m building in the AI automation and systems space, with a focus on helping SMBs move from experimenting with AI tools to actually integrating AI into real business operations. My background is in engineering, consulting, finance, and process improvement, so I tend to look at AI from a systems perspective: map the workflow, identify the bottleneck, define what AI should handle, set decision boundaries and human approval points, then measure whether the system actually improves the business. Right now I’m building Operations AI, an operating system for coordinating AI agents, workflows, approvals, QA, escalations, and governance inside a business. If you're a business owner and you want to implement AI in your business, don't jump on the bandwagon like everybody else and just try and implement everything you see that's an automation or some type of AI agent just because it sounds cool. Because the truth is these things are cool, but sometimes all the things that you're doing to get these things implemented into your business don't actually even make it more efficient, they make it more of a headache. They don't make it simpler. So, Before you want to implement some type of AI system in your business, ask yourself what result you would want the AI to actually achieve and then go and figure out what that would look like.
