1 contribution to Accelerator University
🎉 5K Members in 115 Days! 🚀
Acquisition University on Skool has reached an incredible milestone: 5,000 members in just 115 days! Thank you all for being a part of this journey and contributing. Your feedback has been very valuable. After curating all of Leila and Alex Hormozi's content into a Master of Business Acquisition (MBA) and attending the Scaling Workshop at Acquisition.com Headquarters in Las Vegas, I was inspired to apply new strategies to our community and curriculum, such as: - Onboarding Course - Bonus Custom GPT - 1-on-1 Coaching Call - MoziNation Newsletter - Weekly Open Office Hours - Leila Hormozi + Alex Hormozi GPTs As we aim for the 10K milestone, I'm excited to announce that we will continue our mission, so stay tuned for big announcements about the next phases to help you launch and scale your business faster. That's me trying to do... "whisper, tease, shout." :) After updating my personal brand to $100M Coach, I am committed to continuing to make meaningful connections and provide even more value to our members. Your contributions are what make this group great, so please keep commenting and liking. It's really helpful!

@Alexi Drouin This is becoming clearer now. Yes, I understand. I'm in the process of starting a business, although it's progressing slowly. I've never earned money online before. My plan is to offer a subscription at $5 per month for a 3D art gallery where people can join and be part of a community, alongside a clothing store called Spirit Strikers. 7-part Course series. I'm halfway there, with the goal to bring 16 artists on board; currently, I have one. Then, I need to grow the audience. My family can help cover the school costs. My business model hinges on bringing together great artists and the general public at an affordable price. I only need 20 people to pay for the first round to get the community started on Skool, and then my business will be up and running. To earn $1000 a month, I would need about 200 people. But if the product is good enough and word-of-mouth does its job, I might be onto something. However, I'll need to reinvest every dollar back into the business to make it work, which means living well below my means to achieve my goal. We're talking about making $1000 a month, which would require me to learn to drive and buy a vehicle to live in, further reducing my expenses. This is the harsh reality of being an artist unless I can secure additional funding to expand. Congrats. I'm getting 5000 members in 115 days.

@Alexi Drouin Thank you, that's very kind. Regarding the video on identifying your target market, an idea struck me about drawing your desired market closer by any means necessary. I understand that Spirit Strikers is a market willing to pay within that price range $5 month because it represents art culture and community. It's priced well for young adults and older, but not so low as to attract very young children, which isn't my target demographic. I'm seeking individuals interested in spirituality and art, which often intersect. While an affinity for technology isn't required, I aim to introduce variety to attract a unique mix of potential customers. Music, for instance, has universal appeal, but I'm focusing on experiences that align with art, moving closer to the market. If the market consists of people and businesses—since businesses are treated as entities—I have an opportunity to make an impact. Once ready, confident, and proud of my creation, I'll approach my family first, as they represent my nearest market. Why seek elsewhere when the closest market is around you? It's about facilitating for those nearest to you and solving their problems. Starting with my parents, the market naturally expands outward. Like family, friends. And then my friends, etc. Perhaps beginning with art and engaging conversations is the way forward. I aim to create the finest newsletter possible and attract a substantial subscriber base. This will be instrumental in leveraging those subscribers to generate sales once I am prepared to launch Spirit Strikers. By identifying my target market and crafting solutions within the newsletter, I will foster conversations that unlock these opportunities. Thanks for sticking with me in this conversation Alexi Drouin
