Spoke to a number of doctors and I got a mix of responses One of the doctors said that most consultants already have a medical secretary that helps with their scheduling and help with letters Another said they would love the services, but they don't get paid enough to pay for the services Another said if they have more private patient, it's a service they would be willing to pay for
