This in the image quote inspired me. So I thought for this special week I would do a special 4 bars a day challenge. Everyday take 5 minutes to imagine your best future like it has already happened. Then write four bars. Revisit this future for multiple days. Perhaps consider different key area of life like health, wealth, family etc... This will teach your brain to flourish. For those that need it. Here's the basic structure: 4 lines 8-12 syllables per line End in rhyme That's 4 bars a day! -Desmond

At a kitchen table in the middle of the night. At a dinner sipping coffee In a chair at government office waiting for your number to be called. You never know when bars will strike your mind.
